Nicely put together vid. We went around the Eyre peninsular back in '88, but it was a flying lap of Aus (9 weeks) so we didn't stop off at too many places. One of my dad's fav's was Streaky bay - for the fishing with a dinghy. He did well, so he told me haha. Some great scenery you're getting. Great times for you. Cheers

Yep. Stunning coast line for sure! (Or should I say fore shore? Haha) SA beaches are so underrated. It's great that you're showing people how good they are 👍 just a tiny little tip. Get rid of the aluminium coffee maker, they are really bad for your health. Swap to stainless steel .

Hey are you guys happy with the tilt top on your tray or do you prefer a canopy? I have been on that ocean road before. It was the only time I didn't take my metal detector with us. It would have been amazing if I had

Hey we went for the tilt top due to price and also weight restrictions. If we had a canopy, we'd probably overfil! And the downforce from the maverick is pretty heavy on the rear. :)

Without wishing to denigrate this drive as it is a great part of the world but, as a drive it does not compare with the real Great Ocean Rd.

We're so lucky we have so many beautiful drives here in Australia :) The Victorian Great Ocean Road is beautiful for it's own reasons. This one in Eyre Peninsula is amazing but not talked about much. I'm looking forward to many more coastal drives on our adventure, if you have any you'd recommend I'd love to hear. :)
