We Eat the World's Most Famous Dim Sum 第一次吃早茶，排队一个半小时，太震撼了！

On this episode of my mom and dad's China VLOG, we celebrate National Day (filmed back on Oct 1, 2023) by going up to the top of Victoria Peak and then visiting possibly the world's most famous Dim Sum restaurant. We receive an unexpected surprise back at the hotel, and manage to fit in some Chinese BBQ Pork before watching the world famous fireworks in Victoria Harbour.

It would freak me out to eat chicken feet too but the flavour is good i think. Its just the thought of what I'm eating, but other than that all the food looks delicious especially the vegetables dishes. Your parents enjoying the local cuisine is so lovely to watch. I know quite a few people who won't eat any food they're unfamiliar with. We need more people like you and your parents to make the world a better place.

Actually, the feet are quite clean because there's a strong film that covers the feet which is removed before cooking. It's stronger than those nitrile gloves people use to protect themselves.

Things are expensive in Hong Kong, even locals like us complain about the prices when going out to eat. BUT Maxim’s Palace does serve excellent dim sum. So glad you’ve enjoyed your stay with your parents.

Really smart to get the ticket in the Ocean centre to watch the firework show. I am a local but don't know that. Instead, I joined a tour package one time to watch the show in a ferry which was parked in the harbour. I will try one time in Ocean centre in the future.

I just came back from HongKong after a month visit! I love love love hk!! I went up the Victoria Peak, dim sum every 2-3 day! Hk is a tiny city but so much to off! I hopped over to Macau, Shenzhen a a few days too! I had a blast! ❤❤❤

You did a good job to find where to go and what should eat.Take the tram up must sit at the right side, don't take round trip by tram,take bus down to the town, it's a adventure, narrow road and crazy bus driver.Good dim sum in HK are expensive.We like go to Shenzhen or Guangzhou much cheaper than HK.
