Story missions there are scripted and more riding and cutscenes than gameplay? Terrible bounties there disappears in front of you behind a rock and with a timer. Ride around to yellow cirles to dig something up? Being sprayed in the head of the naturlist lady because my horse trampled a squirrel? Hunting Legendary animals where we shoot them 15 times in the ass if they run and we chase them, or 15 times in the head while we ride away and they chase us to buy one ugly jacket? Selling moonshine and have long rides to kill 12 dudes in 30 second? Its all sucks and are to short, easy, grindy and nothing cool to buy. I cant stand Rockstars Online design. I have spended half my gameplay play moonshine story missions (5 missions ALONE ) and hunting for relaxing. Thats it. The rest are terrible. Not designed to be played by more than 1 player either. lazy braindead designed just like GTA Online. But people have to try it to se how boring it is and 90% of all sessions or more are new players to try it out and later find it very very boring and lazy designed.

Honestly there isn’t much rdr online can do. This game is such and amazing game and has so much potential. This can literally be one of the best series if they made it into a show and for them to put this on the back burner for GTA is crazy in my option because this is more grounded and realistic.. Then you get a wanted level. I quit because I got a bounty for trying to cross the bridge while guiding a black standardbred in Strawberry with a lasso and some prick of an NPC with a fatass wagon cock blocked me from crossing and ran my horse over and a lawman told me to leave the area and then started shooting me and the horse instantly despawned. If my horse would just respond to basic controls instead of just standing there when I tell it where to go, or if there was more stable space or even if the NPC pathfinding wasn't coded by a toddler, there wouldn't be an issue

I lost my previous Xbox account a few months ago because Microsoft felt that the best way to fix my security breach was to permanently lock me out of the account... So I lost my GTA characters, red dead chwra and everything else. My red dead character had $45k and 200 gold bars all grinded legit so I'm grateful for the may update because I was at least able to use the moonshine and trader pay outs to grind my way up to $20k. So at least half of my old fortune has been restored. Once they do another update I'll get the remainder back.

Starting fresh is also best time to actually play story mission in RDO. Once you finish it you get a decent boost in money and gold and most likely will switch to "solo lobby" from which you can't play story missions.

Just started playing a couple weeks ago to try and get all the online trophies. I didn’t even realize it was 2x XP and Money on all roles until the last few days. I stayed up until 0500 last night trying to make as much as I could on the collector. Managed to get up to level 30 from level 24 in one go. My grind to level 50 is going to suck now. 😭

@@Tristan_Shuler I think you can change the simple aim reticle to complex reticle in the settings menu just like gta 5, also practice makes perfect. It's easier to practice your shots against npc enemies because sometimes they shoot like stormtroopers lol. Believe me I still have hard time aiming against other players and they are more difficult to shoot at lol.

Combine your free aim shots with with special bullets, hat shots, head shots and on your mounted horse you'll rank up to a higher level in no time, plus it's more challenging and fun that way. 👍

No. Also the story misions sucks. There are nothing to do for 4 players MAX 2. And they are more riding and watch cutscenes than gameplay. Rockstar removed our option to vote to skip cutscenes to waste our time even more. All the gameplay is over in seconds or 1-2 minutes in best case without you have do do anything. And the "story" dont even end? Rockstar didnt bother finish it. Its GTA Online over again.There are nothing to do for 4 players in the contact missions. 4 players to rooftop rumble remember that? 4 players to kill a few persons in a parking lot and chase a car a few hundreds meter. Its the same ultra short and easy mission design here again. And you cant start them alone now...I never wished to add other players to my moonshine story missions.They are to short and easy for that. Take the last story mission in RDR online. A long cutscene, then a long ride into town, then a slow walk around the corner and than another long cutscene , then a shootout (gameoplay finally) there is over in under 2 minutes and than another long ride to end with another a cutscene. And only ONE players actually need to ride to trick ther cutscenes ten we will move along. Its terrible. They are all like that. I wish i could play them alone. The reason people in GTA joined contact missions and didnt play and earned money by others work.They are not needed in Rockstars super easy short mission design. You can join the last mission in RDR Online and go to the toilet the other players dont need you. Its only need one active players. The rest can just hang. Terrible design.
