We Explorer this little cottage with everything completely left as if they just got up & walked away. After some investigating & research we found out this property was left after the owner was sadly taken ill. We’re not exactly sure how long it’s been empty but it still has food in the fridge & cloths hanging up in the wardrobes.

I've been a fan of Urbex for many years now. Just occasionally you get a place where it feels like trespass, very sadly this one did. I just know that this Bearded Explorer channel has the utmost respect for the property, its remaining contents and the person who lived there. This was just sad, incredibly sad 😞

I always find video's like these interesting yet sad at the same time , as you know some ones life has come to an end and all their worldly belongings just left there . Still amazes me that these houses get left to rot away like this , either there are no relatives or they just dont know or care . Sad really .

Sad to see what was someone’s home and life going to ruin. With the amount of personal possessions left behind it would be nice to see follow up videos where the reasons and story of why these houses have being abandoned is discovered and possibly distant relatives informed so they can rescue sentimental family possessions and memories.

Place has only been abandoned since March this year after owner died in the front room. I found out about the story of this place a friend of mine was the paramedic that got called to the address she was dead for 4 days before she was found.

Abandoned Seekers, Thank you for the information regarding the home. So I was right something died, but I did want to say, 'Someone.' The amount of flies made sense. Sad to hear about the death..4 days..wow. Sad 😔 My deepest condolences to the family. Sorry for your lost.🕊

Very sad, unsure how I feel about this seems a bit iffy filming it for public entertainment. Disappointed that a paramedic would let others know about an empty house and such a tragic end.

Frame 4:04, with the stain on the floor. Does look like blood, or body fluids. Maybe something died on that spot, probably their pet dog. They removed it, but never cleaned up the stain. This explains the large amount of flies, inside the home which flies are attracted to. Interesting home, looks like the owners got up and left recently, no visible dust accumulated. Someone definitely was there and went through their personal items. The home needs to be completely sealed and boarded up by family members, before any more vandalism occurs. Hope the owners are safe and sound. Thank you for the video

Those old fashioned, patterned carpets are pretty. The folks who lived here were very neat and organized. Although they had a lot of stuff saved up over the years, but where there was a mess, I think it was because someone else had plowed through. Perhaps after the owners died, a very half-hearted attempt was made to start preparing to empty the house....I wonder why nobody has done this yet? I saw many items that looked like souvenirs--the Asian statue, the African (or maybe Aboriginal) head, the large fish on the fridge, etc. It does look like the person may have collapsed and died on the living room floor--creepy thought. The police or medical personnel do not clean up after a death or murder--the family must arrange it. Overall, the home looks like the inhabitants had a pleasant life, but there's a mystery why it's all left like this, which is rather sad.

This video has tragedy all the way through. I don’t think it’s been empty that long especially with the clocks still working. Obviously someone else has been in and ransacked the draws and helped themselves to the jewellery, I have a feeling the elderly person was found dead in the house by police, I had a very sad feeling whilst watching this one , very very sad.

This is why people NEED TO MAKE MAKE A WILL & talk to people about dying. You can buy will forms from W.H. Smiths. Tell your relatives or friends what you want to happen to your things. Tell them in front of witnesses. Put it in writing, get witnesses to sign it, make copies & leave them with trustworthy people some of whom are likely to live longer than you. Also tell them what you want to happen to you if you become mentally incompetant or unable to communicate. Maybe you would like certain people to be told, maybe you would like to go to a particular care home, maybe you would like particular people to check you are being looked after properly, maybe you want a religious representative to visit you, even if you cannot talk.? Maybe you want to leave a list of things you do or do not want to be fed?

Same year my son was born. Jeremiah. Wonder what that water tank is up there in the attic for. We have a mansion here in our town it’s now used is the history center. Called Copshaholm mansion. in South Bend Indiana . had a very large holding tank in the attic but this was only used until the city bib not have city pipes it’s self to the homes before the turn of the century , before general houses got city water people with money had a well and they would pump the water to the attic and then it would be used throughout the house gravity fed I wonder if this is the same thing this is not used anymore here in America.
@sarahstrong7174
@sarahstrong7174 5 жыл бұрын
In the U.K. a lot of slightly older places still have their water tanks though there is a tendency now to take them out of use instead of replacing them when they reach the end of their lives.

Up till mid 80s before new boilers used water straight from the cold water supply the lead tank would be for water for a big copper water tank for the hot water something to do with ease of water getting into the tank from above apparently As a kid i always remember me mother saying never drink the water out of the hot tap its got lead in it
@MoeLarrycurly1
@MoeLarrycurly1 5 жыл бұрын
Jonathan Nelson Here at the school where I work we have boilers also their newer style . Now so you can put cold water directly into them but the old ones that were replaced had to have pre-warmed water if it came to getting them up to a specific amount of water in the system or the actual loop that circulates boiler to pipe and then from that loop you have another loop like a figure 8 style heats the building itself.
