Yes, he is loud, he is rude, yes he is overdoing the alpha thing at times but in the end he was the only one with the empathy to recognized that Sardoko was being steamrolled. Yamato was shit talking so much, his ego was insane during the call with T1 and Soda when deciding the punishment. He was literally ASKING for ANY Rogue or Warrior to makgora him for it and acting like he would win when Soda and T1 didn't want him to die. Let him find out if he'd win or not then. "Content" isn't just the closest battle possible. Sometimes the audience wants to see the villain get punched in the face, that's all we're asking for. The fact Yamato has come out more unlikeable than Sardicko is fucking insane. Edit: For anyone who doesn't understand the "more unlikeable than Sardicko" bit, I'd just advise you to watch the call with Soda, T1 and Yamato where they're initially deciding on the punishment. I haven't seen ego like that since Pirate.

So imo they don't wanna make the match fair, they wanna make it equal. It's not the same thing in my mind. Anything goes is being fair. Because then it's purely up to each players skill and effort. If one player has more skill, that means he put in more effort and time. It's only FAIR that he then has a massive massive advantage. Almost think it would’ve been a better idea just to give him let’s say 15 or 20 up front and then it’s up to his discretion how he wants to use them throughout those duals. That way if he does get back rng that resists 2 he’s fine, but there’s still stakes to it because it takes away from the pool he’ll have left in later matches.

If doing multiple duels, you wait until all cooldowns are reset and start from the same place you did at the first duel. So every duel has exactly the same starting conditions. Rogue...can stealth all they want. Does it get boring yeah. Rogues are built for duels. Played correctly and in the right hands they should be invincible. In BC a stunlock Rogue could terrorize an entire PVP server single handedly. You had a genuine fear that a rogue could pop out at any time and murder you. I got my grim reaper achieve on a rogue.

I think y'all should just host a tournament. Even if it's not Mok'gora and just normal duels. Only sad part about that is it kinda gimps classes that wanna kite because normal duels have a shorter range but it would still be fun to watch. 1 thing I think would be interesting is if you did the tournament somewhere with a pillar instead of out in the open. Although I'm sure that just means locks win even harder...

Why don't they do so some of the duels are "Champion duels" like back in the days. Player representing each player. Let's say 4 duels are Champion duels? That way you also consider how popular each player is with other players, as they might not want to represent a player that picked them for the duel. If that champion declines the original player have to duel the other players champion.
