I appreciate how open you are about wanting to keep the ai stuff away from the real stuff. I like both but when a video claims it’s real and the images are ai, I feel betrayed. Glad you have integrity in our little corner of the internet. Liminal spaces don’t usually give me the creeps, but the stairwells made me really uneasy. Excellent work

The basketball courts and staircases were comforting, they really remind me of early liminal spaces in 2020, but either way, I love how the ai can just use the sunset, its not in the image itself, but behind the viewer, also the heat maps were... Heat! and the john cena ones, were incredible(nah but fr the WWE just gives me memories of being already there), and the roasts for no reason lol, also the rural fields give the same feeling about the basketball courts, and lastly... Frutiger Aero! I have always loved the style, it fits perfectly with liminal space, and i can even recognize the mall liminal space replacing the bubble gum dispenser with a planet! (Honorable mention:mailbox liminal) For now ill need to think about some suggestions ill post in another comment since this one is quite long, great video though!!

I like how the low resolution of the 3D maze screensaver almost created a like, resolution-limiting mask in the final produced images. Some of them were a bit deep-fried, but they in general had a look of like, old photos you'd see on the internet or included in games/software in the 90s where they were really trying to crunch things down.

Thank you so much for featuring my suggestion! I thought the Weatherbox aesthetic would have had a bit more mileage and wouldn't just wind up as a lens flare, but it was still really cool to see. The images from the other suggestions were incredible! For a new suggestion, I've got something else that's pretty esoteric. I'm not sure if you've ever seen Are You Afraid of the Dark?, which was on Nickelodeon a long time ago, but there was one episode (season 5 episode 5, "The Tale of the Dollmaker") with a dollhouse that could trap people inside and turn them into dolls. How about combining that house with graphics from SimCity 3000? Or anything else really...

I feel very mixed about the use of ai, I think it is interesting to see what is produced but don't like that it steals from artists/photographers.
