Wow! It’s more beautiful than I originally thought!! We didn’t even get to see the pool or basketball court ❤. And the place is right by their grandpa, so they’ll be able to spend more time with him as he ages. And yes! You can easily make the extra areas downstairs into bedrooms. Really great, great choice. Really good job with raising the children. They all care for each other truly and are inclusive with one another. I am teacher in SE Asia and have been in America (USA)). I really enjoyed seeing how they play with one another. They did listen when you told them to wait for Theophany. They did without complaint and waited for her and included her. This was a blessing to watch. Great parenting, I know it is not easy but your hard work and love for the children shows, as well as the love for Jesus!

I suggest guys also start planning to mortgage to prevent the hassle of moving places once circumstances change with the landlord. So many houses are being sold in Tagaytay that you can choose from. You can buy a house in that area too where you are. awww, Kids are thriving there in the Philippines.
