The lighters might be collectors items. Google your finds, you might be surprised at what people collect. The pocket watches too. Even though they have been in the water, people will buy them for parts that are no longer manufactured.

The wire purse made me think of the old clothes washing device for holding soap that then gets shaken in the water to act like detergent to make the clothes clean. Then copied in the 80's onwards (first by punk styles) as trendy purses. Thanks for the fun and fascinating videos.
