Be careful not to rely on the magnet too much as alot of newer 10KT necklaces and bracelets are flash gold with small wire inserts to increase the strength of the hollow gold jewelry. We are starting to see them more and more at our Estate Jewelry and Coin stores in Michigan, but they are real 10 KT Gold but will stick to a magnet.

Thanks so much Lynne! We have a decimal off, as the cash we found was 3.6 thousand, although I wish it was 36! I am keeping a spreadsheet but it's going to be a tough summary because I have boxes of stuff that need to be listed on eBay, and that's going to take me months. Those sales are going to add up over time, but already we've done really well. Excitement & profit... I am loving these lockers and still going through them, so who knows what else we find still.
