What radiator did you use and did it keep it cool in traffic?
@Thirdgen83 Жыл бұрын
Front disc brakes were optional on '74-'75 Mavericks, and standard on '76-'77 Mavericks. The used the same spindles, rotors, and calipers as the Ford Granada, Mercury Monarch, and Lincoln Versailles.

Is it a direct swap to a 71?
@Thirdgen83 Жыл бұрын
@@RobbyVsGarage Yes. You need to swap the spindles, tie-rod ends, master cylinder, front brake lines from a '74, and flex-hoses. The rotors are only 11-inch, but FAR better than the drums.
@Thirdgen83 Жыл бұрын
@@RobbyVsGarage Oh, and use the push-rod from the drum brake master cylinder, or your brake pedal could be too high.
