I've got a suggestion.. why not use some aulmalite and make a belly pan for the bumper cover? It is the stuff alot of people make splitters / diffusers out of.. its has a plastic corrugated core with a thin layer of aluminum covering. It will give you strength to keep the bumper from collapsing and it will be light.. if you dont want to spend the money on the alumalite then use plywood with a weather sealant or fiberglass covering. Keep up the videos, you guys are fun to watch.

fiberglass wise You might wanna try sanding with high grit over the bottom of your bumper then adding the fiber glass again. It might help it stick to the surface but scratch up your indestructable bumper.

Hey son, if you still have some residue on your windshield you can buy some 000 or 0000 steel wool from o reilly and wipe it all off no problem. It even cleans it alot better than just using a regular microfiber and windex. I used this method before and my windshield looks like its brand new straight from the dealer:)

Hey brother. You’re suppose to scuff or make the surface rough when you’re about to apply the fibreglass so it can seep through all the scuff marks etc. give it another go, probably sand it down with 80 grit to scuff it real good. Hope this helps you bro!

The door striker is adjustable so you can move it closer to the body. It should be 2 Philip head bolts. In result the door will shut tighter and will hit the sensor.

Yo sonny, illiminate autobody should’ve known to tell you that Fiberglass won’t stick to poly lol. But what I would’ve suggested is to just get a fiberglass lip to hold it steady. But prob won’t work since you’re pretty much scraping already lol

To make the fiberglass stick.you have to rough up the surface 40 or 80 grit roll lock pad clean then fiberglass
