We just did that flight both ways return to NZ but with Air New Zealand and got a sky couch. You should check that out next time you do a long haul flight 🙂. NYC was crazy for Thanksgiving but so much fun. It's been great following your travels this past year - bringing back memories from years ago when i spent a gap year in Oz and more recently with your NZ travels. Have a fabulous time in the big 🍎

I had the worst stomach cramps on a plane flight once thinks it due to the air expanding also dehydration on flights can cause stomach issues as well

I wouldn't fancy a flight that long! Apparently Qantas is going to launch a London to Sydney non-stop flight in a few years time that will take 20 - 21 hours depending on the direction. Nightmare.

Wait when you fly that direction you go over the international date Line. So is this taking into account date and time difference? I've gone from Sydney to Vancouver and quickly get to another flight with no rest between flights to Calgary and then bus to Banff. That was a long trip 27 hrs i think it was. Try that. 😂

i did tokyo to frankfurt earlier this year.. was meant to be 14.5hrs but was bad weather in germany so we were circling for an extra 90 mins before landing. it was brutal 😂

Lol search QF3 on any flight tracking site and I think you’ll stand corrected. Even in the video the plane screen shows a scheduled flight time of almost 15 hours whilst it’s still on the ground
