The second Dev is using Vegeta head but the movement is either Classic Goku or Gogeta because it has the wrong posture and movesets. It looks pretty awesome from this side as well! As a game dev I can't help but love when us behind-the-keyboard guys get to show off. The few times I have sadly have just been in my own games a self-insert. Though I was once an entire summon for a character in our space RPG. I added her whole team even the guy who got sick and couldn't do his part.

I love the Ginyu Force, but i was sad the entire time Doto was playing Ginyu, thinking that he would learn you dont change bodies with the enemy in this game the HARD way. Burter is probably the best Ginyu Force member in the game, the speed and combos really carry him. He's surprisingly Top 10 on the competitive tier list, too(Not that matters much, 17 is top tier and sucks in videos that relies more on big supers landing)
