Nice. Was it unfurnished? What's included with the rent? Bug free as well? How are the aircon units. Friends of mine who live in the Philippines said electricity has gone up. Does the unit have starlink internet?

Not furnished. Just the bedframe was furnished. Yes, bug free. Aircon is nice and cold. No Starlink, using local internet company. Thanks for watching!
