We found a Christmas Treasure! | Exploring Roadside Shops in the Blue Ridge Mountains

We're off on another afternoon adventure today y'all! We take a drive through the Blue Ridge Mountains to look at the last of the leaves and check out some of the roadside mountain shops! We find one called Ladybug Landing that is a hidden treasure y'all! It is my favorite mountain shop that we've found so far. Definitely check it out if you're ever driving through Lakemont, GA!

I always picked up my nephew for one weekend during Christmas season and we would get in our jammies, drink homemade hot chocolate, and drive around and look at lights. (Kind of like polar express themed.) My sister moved away this year so it will be the first year we don’t do that. I will so miss that. I learned how to drive in a car with a floor shift. After that, I graduated to a standard shift on the shaft. I felt like I had died snd gone to heaven when I got a Honda with a standard shift. I thought it was fancy. LOL
