We Found a CRAZY Mini Golf Course on the Roof of a Museum!

This was a really unique course. Being a Chippewa Indian the Dream-catcher hole looked really interesting. Honestly though every hole had some Cultural references, some historical significance, etc. That's what made it so interesting and the fact that they are created by the people who live near by. This is almost an "Artistic" experience mixed with Mini-Golf ⛳ and that's definitely unique.

It's easy to critique the simplest parts but much harder to actually create the entire process. I've seen enough of these videos to know what's coming. Mini Golf ⛳. I watch for that reason. I'm really just saying when your the one sitting home and having all the time in the world to make a title, compared to being on the road, filming, editing, uploading, creating, driving, filming, repeat, repeat, etc., it's so easy to "know". Elisha, if you like Lemon Pie, you might want to try my mom's recipe... Ingredients: 2 frozen deep dish pie shells, 2 packages of Dr. Oetker Sherriff Lemon Pie Filling, 5 eggs, lemon juice, 1 tbsp (15 ml.) butter, semi-sweet baking chocolate squares, 10% (half & half) cream. Shells: Bake pie shells per the box instructions and set aside to cool (to prevent bubbling/rising of the shells, prick raw shells in several places with a fork to allow steam to escape during baking). Once the shells are backed and cooled, melt some bakers chocolate with a little cream (I tend to do this in a 2 cup glass measuring cup in the microwave) and blend until a smooth paste, coat the inside of the shells (bottom and sides) using a pastry brush with a 1-2 mm thick layer and place in fridge to harden. Filling: In a sauce pan with 5 lightly beaten whole eggs, add 2/3 cup (166 ml.) lemon juice, stir then add contents of 2 lemon filling pouches and whisk until smooth; add 2 cups (500 ml.) of hot water and mix well. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring continuously. When bubbles first break the surface, continue boiling and stirring for 30 seconds then remove from stove top and stir in butter to taste (the more butter you add, the creamier/richer the filling will taste, I personally, usually add between 4-5 tbsp. of butter (I just scoop out a golf ball sized glob and drop it in). Allow to cool and thicken slightly before filling the chocolate coated shells, return to fridge to fully cool and set. The lemon juice adds a lot of zing to the pie, so if you aren't fond of exceptionally tart lemon pie, use cold water instead of lemon juice...I personally like the feeling of having a micro-black hole trying to suck my cheeks together which is why I use the juice...😄😁😆😅😂🤣 I tend to find myself with more chocolate and lemon filling than will fit in the shells so I tend to use the last of the chocolate and filling to make Chocolate-Lemon Tarts, how many tarts you end up with will depend on how big the tart shells are and how thick the chocolate layer is, the thicker the chocolate, the less room for lemon filling... If you like and want to top the pies/tarts with Meringue, then separate the eggs and only use the beaten yolks in the filling...I personally don't like Meringue so I don't separate the eggs... NOTE: Place a cutting board under the pies when you go to serve them...the chocolate layer tends to make it harder than expected to slice the pie and I have yet to be able to cut one without having the knife cut through the tin pie plate and into the surface below...use a cutting board to protect your table/countertop...

Oh the Walker Art Center. I have lived in MN all my life and refuse to go there. I have driven by while leaving Minneapolis, but that is it. Pretty cool to have a mini golf course.

Definitely different designs from your previous visit here. The only problem with artsy-fartsy designs like these is that most of them are either no challenge or just plain boring, or like the Hmong design, not really minigolf at all.. Still, a change of pace, and if you like them, that's all that matters. Speaking of designs, will Elisha ever show off her new sleeve art and explain it to us? Btw, you guys misplayed #3; you were supposed to be putting at the same time and whoever got it in first subtracts one from their score. Made no difference as it turned out. I hope you're staying frosty wherever you are. It's hot as blazes up this neck of the woods!
