We found a creepy abandoned house on Dartmoor

This time we travel to Dartmoor National Park in Devon to visit a spooky abandoned old farmhouse. We also visit the mysterious Steven's Grave nearby before finishing off at White Tor, with some breath-taking views of the Northern Moor.

Hi Ceri & Kat. Hope you are both well. Thanks for watching the video.It was nice to see Michelle take some of the limelight as Im usually the one who wants to be the center of attention. Lol. I was quite pleased how it turned out but as you said it would of looked much spookier on a misty day. I might film it again when we go back to Mary Tavy in October as the farmhouse is close to where we are staying. I'm slowly making a small collection of B-roll shots that I can use in other videos if I need a buffer shot. As I said in the video I will film things like sheep or flowers/plants etc in close up so you can't tell its location. These shots have been very handy in a lot of my videos. In one of our videos I had a close up of my feet walking through the waters edge in Swanage in Dorset but because you couldn't see what beach it was I managed to use it in a Cornwall video. Actually that's given me an idea for a video on collecting B-roll shots.Take care guys. Martin & Michelle 🙂

Hi. No it wasn't my Sony ZV1. For this video I used my Gopro Hero 7 mainly with a few telephoto shots from a Sony camcorder. Oh and the drone shots were from a DJI Mavic Air. 🙂🙂👍👍

@@MartinPopeFilmmaker ok can u recommend me any good camera ? for vlogging ? near 700$ 750$ ish. required 2 important features , good focal length to vlog (zv1 is a bit tight) and 1080p 120fps slow motion. i dont know how u did it but sound rec on that gopro is coming good.

Hi Rabail. Yes I agree . The Sony ZV1 can be a bit tight at the wide angle end & there's not much of telephoto either. You can get a wide angle converter that you can fit to the XV1 & will give you much wider angle. To get a much bigger zoom range I think you would have to use a camera that you can change lens. Unfortunately that means more money. I always use a Rode Videomicro microphone on my Gopro as the inbuilt mic isn't that good. 🙂🙂
