The gardens were amazing and I love seeing the mill again. I bet that porridge is very healthy and nutritious. I love porridge made of wheat, oat groats or buckwheat groats. I usually add maple syrup and butter to mine although sometimes I just add a little fruit or jam to it. You two are a beautiful couple. I'm trying to get caught up on Koree's channel too! 🙂

That's similar to how we make porridge in Jamaica; however, we use cornmeal, green plantain,.green Bananas or oats. We usually sweeten it with condensed milk and add cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
