When I have found glasses with applied designs that are taped up, I soak them in warm water with a little dish soap and the tape slides off. Easier than pulling it off risking the finish.

Hello Ladies. I just love watching you two shop. I'm learning a lot and having fun. I just take an alcohol wipe or cottonball with a little alcohol on it and just start rubbing gently on corner of tape, then start lifting tape while continuing to rub with alcohol. It dissolves the adhesive and you have no residue left. This way there is no damage to glass and other items that have tape stuck to them. Let me know if it works for you. Have a great week Ladies and "Make it Fun"
