Was that truck from an accident which is why there was oil coming up as you guys were able to rip the car apart? Was there cutting marks like from a chop shop? That area looks like someone could have easily driven off the road directly into the water especially in the dark or during a rain storm. That corner was at the worst spot. If someone couldn't see they could have drove off by missing the corner and they could have hit their head when they slammed down into the water knocking them out. There's been cases like that where they found missing people still in their vehicles.
