Any other decommissioned plant is always under strict security, since we don't want a dirty bomb in the hands of anyone. But I'd support an energy company giving him a tour around a decommissioned plant, like one where he can climb the reactor, so, one that has been gone for like 40 years now

It was coal. The site has been abandoned for years and many options of redevelopment explored. The current owner is still keen to demolish and build a gas fired power station.
