I am in Mississippi, USA. In my surrounding area both here and edge of Louisiana, we have about 6 discount grocery stores. I know your excitement when you run across a deal. Our stores even carry resturant stock, so we have meats and seafood available frozen and in bulk. Like I bought multiple 50 pound boxes of chicken for $19.99 us. I took up canning a couple years ago and have been canning meat, as well as vegetables and meals in a jar, jams, jellies and preserves. A couple of the stores even give me free produce for my chickens. This is produce pulled directly off the store shelf, or sometimes, some that never even made in on shelf because they got so much in. So I end up with a lot of produce we use ourselves. It is so neat to see peoples reaction when they discover these type of stores and see the prices!

#livebutnotlive from NYC! I love that shops like Roger’s exist. It’s such a good way to save on food wastage. Something that always boggles my mind is the fact that we have enough food in the world to feed everybody, and yet millions of people all over the world still go hungry. I’m not sure what the solution is exactly, but I’m sure places like Roger’s help. Ever since I learnt about all of this, I adopted a different mindset for food, which is that I won’t treat it the same way I’d treat non-food belongings. If I have food, I’ll always share it with others around me/those who ask for some - even if it costs me a lot of money - and I’ll always have the mindset of abundance when it comes to food. Even though food is very expensive, I’ve never gone hungry. Somehow, God always feeds me. Sometimes the local fruit vendor will give me free bananas or reduced produce. Sometimes, my neighbours will share their food. Sometimes, food is available in a local food pantry. Sometimes, friends will pay my bill at a restaurant. And conversely, I’ll offer others food I have, put things I’m not using in the food pantry, give food out to the homeless, etc. It always seems to work out.

@FamilyFreedom yeh my day was ok until now was chilling downstairs in my living room and now I'm in trouble 🏧 and I am certainly not happy after I got told off, and I have to think twice and yes I did end up scratching myself and yes I am trying to calm myself down now by looking at my favourite pictures and maybe listening to music or watch something or even squeeze a stress ball it certainly feels like I'm stressed. I certainly didn't take my meds as I was supposed to and already had dinner and it was hot today and i did eat today and kept myself hydrated to prevent me from fainting again like I used to back on 2015 & 2019 and I gotten myself ready for bed . As I'm in bed . I hope I can talk to jojo, please, if he's around or if he has his phone . I was wondering if he could be friends with me as I feel lonely as I don't have many friends.

You know with the lasagna sheets you could have gotten them and broken them into smaller pieces when not making specifically lasagna and you could use them in making soups, broths, any noodle dish, even mac&cheese. Pasta is pasta... same ingredients just different names for the shapes. It would be interesting to keep the sheets whole and layer noodles and cheese for a baked mac&cheese or layer with cheese and tomatoes or potatoes and bake a casserole. Great price and possibilities are endless. Would love to experiment with those. Great for anything that requires pasta!!! Love the videos. "BEEEEEAAANNNNSSSS!" #JKR

Hey, thanks for your comment, and your questions 👍 Most of it is near or past the sell by date, and not the use by date so we don't ever feel we have to use it up quickly before expiry 😊 Fuel costs aren't that high for us as our car is quite economical but considering the savings made, the amount of food we got and how long it will serve us, it was definitely worth the cost 👍

You guys should do a donation challenge at these prices if you wanted too. Just take say $50 or $100 & see much stuff you could get to donate. Or have a contest where you each see how much you can get for so much compared to each other. Just a suggestion if you wanted to do it. I've done it before & just toss everything I buy into a basket to donate later. But in your case I would do it at once to make a better video.
