Excellent video, Jon! I sure love the adventures you go on and I appreciate you sharing them so we can see. You really put a lot of effort into this one, fighting thick forest, loose-soil hillsides, spiders and all to get to the cave. Great video Jon. Maybe give Tim a ring before you set off, then you have help when going in the caves. Plus when you two are together it's always a video to watch. You egg each other on and watch each other's back really well. The skull and the bones were cool to see and I am not sure I would be OK with all of the insects around me. Oh its a puffball we get them here a chef actually took one home and cooked with it filled it with stewing steak tied it up and baked in the oven. Hes a chef who uses wild food he has foraged.

WoW! What a hike. That puff ball was way past its prime. That cave was awesome. With all those bones something a good size is using it. Those bones looked like a deer. That mushroom was a puffball, and it is edible until it turns non white. They grow way bigger quite often, but that size is optimal.

If you are looking for old places to explore then maybe try some of the old places around the three ridges boat dock , I know of one grave yard that alexander ramsey is supposed to be buried at .. there was a old church there... and it has some rumors of being haunted by some animal that has red eyes

I was laughing and laughing. 😄 So ty Tim for the great personality! 24:20 to 24:22 there is a Big fycking idk what yelling deeper in the cave 24:42- 24:48 in tools speed 0.25 and behind rock blocking path ... looking way back, I see eyes and then movement I guess it could be a miner cat, but something RAWRED back in there Miner cats, nor cave snakes, nor bats, nor cats, nor bear, and not human a human RAWR I believe the only way a human will ever catch a bigfoot on film is to smell like molding grass, swamp, sewer, skunk and a hint of poo... even then will still have issues, because big sassy's know what cameras are and what cameras do.
