Try to get the "Green Flash" just as the sun dips below the horizon.... I've been blessed to see it several times over the years.... Only last a second.... Right timing is critical for seeing it....😎

Great video Mike, I could pick up on the editing style change. Getting wiped out in the surf is just part of messing with the surf, wish I could have seen it. Of course, if I was there, it would have got me too! I think I would have been right there with you, I used to love rough surf and being in it back during my time in Southern California, maybe it was the challenge of it when I was younger. Like jumping off the highest thing you could find into a river or lake back here in Missouri. I have to live vicariously thru you on those beaches I once enjoyed so much while I was there, being that I live in the dead center of the Country again now. Always looking forward to the next video!

Hey Mike saw that you had the misfortune of breaking the arm cuff and I also noticed that you were plugging CKG it just so happens I know them and would like to inform you that they also make a killer arm cuff for Nox 600 and 800 it's carbon fiber and I think aluminum nut not sure of metal type look really good I replaced mine with Anderson but that is before I saw the one CKG was making just thought you might want to know.Kerp it up and remember to make it fun and Happy Hunting 🙂👍..

I really appreciated that info. I had to retro fit a whites surf aluminum cuff. It works but kinda sucks. I have to reach out to them on Monday as I tweaked my titanium scoop today with Jim. I will ask them about their replacement cuffs. Thanks again fir all the info and support Martīn. 🙂🏴‍☠️🙂🙂

There was a beach neighborhood in Florida that didn't like detectors and they cut up bunches of penny's and foil scattered it every where.i think it was close to Panama city

So the cut penny j/o are out on that side of the nation too. Sorry to hear. Some karen didn't like seeing detectors on" her beach" she called the cops every day . When they warned her to stop using the 911 system she paid somebody to cut $400 worth of pennies and dumped them all over the beach. She was out in the beach laughing when some little kid cut his foot. We called the ambulance , the cops came and she was so proud of herself she shared what she did with the cops. They arrested her. Now in order to get out of trouble she had to hire us to hunt for every part of the pennies . So, we made money cleaning the beach for a month, she ended up in serious trouble with the govt for destroying money and she ended up moving after the whole thing was over. 4 of us made money for doing our hobby, how bad is that? Lol. Life is weird

To me it seems like someone is pissed off at metal detectorist and wants to annoy by cutting Pennie’s. They know they can’t be spent once cut and figure let’s sprinkle them all over so detectorist waste their time digging these. My guess anyways.

It’s definitely weird no matter why someone has done this. I have decided to make a game out of how many I can collect. Kinda like getting the cycle. I can’t get even or mad do I just have to laugh. Someone spent a fare amount of money and time to sit around and cut them. 🏴‍☠️🙂🏴‍☠️🙂🙂
