And also, the first thing I thought of when I saw that garden is you could put a dipping pool. I found an amazing townhome in the south of Italy. Problem is, banks won’t finance under $50-$100k, and my US holdings aren’t liquidating quickly. I wonder if you have a different experience of bank financing.
