Hi the bearded explorer, this white series 3 Jaguar (14:00) that had been in an accident was my dads, we rebuilt the car from scratch! We sold it to somebody and Nigel farage’s driver ran into it, hence the insurance right off! I would love to get in contact over like Instagram to know exactly where and when you were there as I may try and get to see it myself! Thank you!

The rub for me though, is that at some point the owner must have loved these cars enough to have wanted to buy them, but then that raises the question, why leave them to rot... Makes no sense. Good video. The E-Type looks like a Series 3 judging by the 2+2 body and the flared arches. Even in this condition it's still probably worth something. The Stag should have a V8 up front. Triumph developed their own despite having access to Rover's V8. Unfortunately it had cooling issues. Lots ended up having Rover's V8 transplanted. The rotting roof is a separate hard top. The Series 3 Damiler is a relatively rare conversation. Whether it's worth anything is open to debate.
@Subcat0013 жыл бұрын
Actually I'll correct myself. Didn't see the 4.2 badge first time. So it must be a series 2 E-Type despite the arches looking more flared. Unless it's a rare Pre-production series 3. Be interesting to see a plate.

12:50 it is indeed rare. It's a limited edition. They could go up to 4k in good condition. 14:28 it's propably bought of copart auction or tried to sell it through copart auctions. The markings are for the state of the car for example, if it runs and drives or other issues etc. And judging from the leftovers of the auction sticker, it's close to 2 years sitting there. Great content, glad that the person there didnt got you into deeper trouble. Thank you for sharing, keep it safe!!!
