Part 2 of this never before seen location, it is a true time capsule.. 35 years completely stood still sadly after the owner lost his life in a terrible house fire here. This place Is as original as they come, as far as we are awear we are the first and hopefully the last people to have the privilege of having a look around this Incredible place! Cornwall has a massive farming Industry, the owner would of been extremely busy back in his day thats for sure! The place was so big I decided to beesk the video in to x2 parts!.... Hope you enjoy part 2 of this video guys

Somewhere in this world somebody is in dire need of some of these automotive parts in order to either complete their restoration or to get their vehicle or equipment operating. This is an amazing hoard and an amazing group of structures. The stone work on the house and its entrance is impressive to say the least. I would have loved to have seen this place in its prime as a fully functioning business and residence. Simply an amazing find; thanks for sharing the videos; well done guys!

This is the one video I will never forget. This video will not leave my mind for some time. The fact that the owner of this house died here, is so profound. I was shedding tears towards the end. The other really sad thing is that the pottery from this house really needs to be saved, and the way the house is crumbling, it could be lost before long. Thank you for posting this video. Your best one yet 😉

After watching your video, I hold a high amount of respect for you and what you do. You pushed your way through all brush wood and really put your Hart and soul into getting the best shot's , other explorers wouldn't have put that kind of work effort into the video. Just a helpful tip from a friend in the US. When walking in high grass and weeds, lay a wooden board across the weeds and walk across the board. This pushes down the brush. I enjoy your videos! Your accent is delightful!

Good evening Colin 🤜🏻🤛🏻 Another fantastic collaboration with our dude Stokze brother 🤝🏻 I think this has been the best explore ever. The guy was an engineer for sure and a very good one at that. What a shame as there must be some family somewhere ? All them lovely old vehicles just sitting patiently waiting to be rescued 🙏🏻 I reckon the traction engine is the best find closely followed by the Triumph sports car 😊 The Lorry was so cool too though but one things for sure I bet there was a hell of a lot more to be seen but as it was so overgrown you have to be very careful indeed. The footsteps were indeed very intriguing as it was sort of a shuffle, Perhaps he never left the place after all 🙏🏻 So thank you guys for taking us with you 👏🏻 All the best 🍻👍🏻

Just so you know, your channel is the only channel like this that I watch. I did however see someone else who found this same spot. When I saw the Triumph. You were going to keep the location secret, to prevent theft and vandalism . Do you worry about other "EXPLORERS " finding what you found and not keeping it secret?

That place got even more amazing. Same that Sierra Estate was so rotted but the moss and all that growing inside looked quite amazing. Gotta be a way to save those items though, perhaps historical significance comes into it? As I said before, the history of the place is sad because of the life lost, but also sad about what's left behind fading away. It did seem that pottery was his pride and joy.

That was one of your best explores - absolutely fascinating. What a wonderful old man he must have been and so sad to lose his life in a fire. Would it really be disrespectful to show some of the pottery to a museum? It just seems a shame to let it be destroyed which is what will happen when the house collapses completely. Very well documented thank you to you both.

I reckon the "foot steps" could likely have been shrinking wood as the temperature drops at the end of the day. Likewise it expands as it gets hotter in the morning. Humidity variations do the same. Or it was just stuff falling down upstairs as the building crumbles. 😅

I'll venture an opinion on the house- it looks like "Arts & Crafts Movement", ie 1880-1920. This based on the style of ornamental stone/concrete work. It's tragic that the previous resident lost his life there, but also very sad that this house couldn't be gathered up by someone who can and care enough to rescue and restore it. That would be a fabulous outcome, because it's an extraordinary structure. & as for that Triumph TR3...well, one can dream.

Wow 😍 Where to start? Phenomenal video of a phenomenal place of what clearly was an incredibly interesting man. Much of the pottery did appear to be dug up, given the age of the house (that architecture 😍😍) it would have had a brilliant midden and the house likely to have been built on or very close to a previous dwelling. The more I see the more it puts me in mind of a farm Manor house. But please, please Bearded Explorer, keep yourself safe, the Flattened Explorer doesn't have quite the same appeal 😔💖
