@@mdnoorzafirmondal7398 My father got a pinched nerve on his back and so I speak from this experience when I drove him to a chiropractor. For my father we go there once a week for 3 weeks and then the chiropractor said once every two weeks afterwards is enough, after around 2 months he was fine. When he got pinched nerve, He wasn't even able to sit properly and have to crawl everywhere due to the pain on his back, and after two months he's able to ride motorcycle everywhere and doesn't need any further therapy. My advice is to listen to what others said about the chiropractor and read the reviews if available. Some chiropractors are really good, but the shady ones can be dangerous.

I have used chiropractor before and basically this is what the doctor does. Having somebody tell you that somebody was paralysed by this doesn’t help with your nerves. Best thing to do is to relax and stay loose and let the doctor do his work. I must admit that I would be nervous about the acupuncture, although I’ve been told it is good and you don’t feel the needles.

Like any service provided, each person who delivers the service is different. I've gone to at least 5 different chiropractors. 1 put me in massive pain, another pinched a nerve in my arm that is still healing 20+ years later and then I've had amazing ones. I currently see one who prefers to do maintenance adjustments. He makes it so you can go at least a month if not more between visits. In fact I see him maybe once every 4 - 6 months, more if I do the exercises that he suggests.

@@mdnoorzafirmondal7398 you have to realize that beside bone, there is also muscle. Incorrect posture, most likely, resulted from muscle imbalance due to habit. If you need to fix posture, you also need to exercise, fixing the muscle imbalance. Bone setting helps but not the one stop solution. You have to combine both to be a long lasting to permanent solution.

It’s not bone setting. It’s joint movement & cavitation. Gases are released from the joints & also sometimes fluids rush in. But no bones are cracking. That is a common misconception. Chiropractors use it to help people understand what they’re hearing or to compare it to setting a broken arm but it’s not the same at all. Mobilizing the joints reduces muscle spasms & fixes subluxation. This reduces pain & inflammation & also resets the neurons so the body starts to kinda heal itself, where something was interrupting it before. But it’s not “bone setting.” It’s joint movement

I am sure he is a great doctor, but no matter how good this doctor is, never, never let anyone or any doctor adjust your neck for it only takes a small tear in our blood vessel to create a tinny little blood clot, and such a clot can travel to your brain via your blood vessel to cause a stroke or travel to your heart and causes a heart attack thus potentially paralyzed as a result. Look it up, you will see tons of examples.

Absolutely *never* let anyone manipulate your bones and joints who did not successfully finish a medicine-related degree. Only doctors and other medical professionals are qualified to do something like this. You can actually die, get paralysed or worse because of this. Even if you manage find actual medical professionals who do this : ask yourself if you **really** need the adjustments. Are you in severe pain all the time? Ask another doctor about alternatives first. Are you in slight pain all the time? Ask your doctor, change your life and get well over time. Severe pain **and** all the treatments went wrong? Let the professional diagnose you intensively - he could come up with less dangerous adjustments. If he doesnt take x-ray or MRI images of the affected areas of your body he probably is not diagnosing correctly -- and you should switch doctors. Again.

I’m a female martial artist and I definitely appreciate my chiropractor ( bone setting doctor) because I have a high demand on my body due to my sport and it’s my lifestyle. He keeps me functioning and performing at my best! I remember watching Ip man for the first time as a teenager/early 20’s and that reignited my dream of learning martial arts I had as a kid, but could not afford lessons. Wing Chun is still on my list of martial arts style to learn & has a special place in my heart because it reminded me to not wait any longer! That pushed me to learn online and find a reputable school. Now after almost 4 years I’m in my last rank before black belt! That’s going to take 2-3 years of training to be ready for!

@mitsuriKoi2 жыл бұрын
Most scientific studies that you read about in English is initiated in the west or Anglo Saxon countries, and therefore details whatever research done in the west, though it is now extended to English speaking research groups around the world. Such practices in the video is from East, it’s best you understand their language to read about their explanation on the practices shown in the video. Very simple and straightforward actually. If you are interested and have the necessary permission, approach the national sports teams to ask if these methods are applied to their athletes, for I know the American gymnasts uses acupuncture at their designated practitioner.
