If your keyboard issue meant you overpaid a customer then that customer should have been notified that you would be docking his payments until the amount was paid back, not just not pay and tell him after the 3rd day.

The customer obviously knew he had been paid too much, it would have been fair of them to chat with him to say they would be requesting the money back, but to withhold his payments and lie that there is a banking issue is wrong. They handled the situation badly
