If your keyboard issue meant you overpaid a customer then that customer should have been notified that you would be docking his payments until the amount was paid back, not just not pay and tell him after the 3rd day.

Think that's unfair on that customer you messed up so you should take the loss not pass it over to your customer and take 3 days worth scrap off him and not pay him and say we call even now that's ridiculous!
