We go SAILING on a BANJER ketch 37 | Ep 37
In this episode we FINALLY go out SAILING, with our wonderful pontoon neighbours Ben, Leasa and their dog Otto, on their 37 BANJER Ketch, Albatros!
With the ongoing engine saga we took the opportunity to sail a ketch for the first time. It was an absolutely beautiful and slightly cold day out on the south coast waters. Its moments like this that make the tough times so worth while and we feel so grateful to have made incredible friends along with way.
In this episode you will meet Ben and Leasa, see how to sail a Ketch rigged boat and watch us have some fun! We are still learning to sail and so we take every opportunity to gain sailing experience for a sailing couple who bought a sailboat with NO EXPERIENCE!

Thanks for watching Peter! Absolutely we have definitely had enough of the engine saga! So this year is all about getting lots of experience. We are planning a Solent trip, then France and then down to Cornwall! 🌊⛵️

There's a lot of basic seamanship needs to be learned here..... For starters when you moor up anywhere you put the end ashore and the rest of the warp stays onboard! There are too many landlubberly yottis aflost these days!
