Want to share a few things because I actually think this specific team can win it all this year. This team is a unique blend of intelligence and maturity relative to the competition. 39 year old Black American. Former collegiate point guard. Former affiliate manager with Bankrate Incorporated under Bruce Zanca. Former top 100 Apex Pred. Former competitive Halo 2 Captain. I have much experience leading people. Especially in competitive environments. The amount of unnecessary, filler verbiage plagues most IGL's. So odd top players seem completely unaware of the impact clear and concise communication has on efficiency. There should be minimal banter by anyone other than Timmy. Absolutely no pushback. No questioning. Timmy needs to learn how to effectively communicate his thoughts, wants, goals and mode of action. Clearly and concisely. There should be none of this: "Knocked! Knocked! Kocked! Knocked!" "I Fell, I Fell, I Fell" Yes, you are playing a video game, but you are still in a competitive combat situation. This is panicked communication. And it happens constantly. With damm near every IGL. This is a clear skill that can be taken advantage of. Timmy has the intelligence and logical framework to best make use of this. Timmy, try this: - Calm down during your fights regarding verbal input. - Take charge of the team and the game verbally. - Trust your skill, knowledge and talent to help guide your communication. - Make simple and singulqr commands and statements. "Knocked" then you move on to the next objective. Everything is time sensitive. The more time you spend repeating something you just said the less time you have to give crucial information and LEAD your team. - Know that YOU know what is best for the team. - And do not allow anyone to question that. - You are the leader. You give the orders. Thats it. Period. If they dont like it, they can leave or until the results show that you can't successfully lead. Stop using filler words. If an objective needs to be achieved, say it clearly and concisely. And trust and demand thay your teammates ensure that you do not need to repeat yourself. I'll be following closely while rooting for you guys. The way they did Genburten, who by all accounts is a decent man, is fucking criminal and I can't respect that scrubery. Best of luck.

No such thing as a "black" American, just American for one. Two, high stress situations call for repeat commands. It's proven time and time again you don't process half of what is heard when your adrenaline is flowing. Before you argue it's not, they all love the game, so their adrenaline is definitely pumping. Mine was getting pumped just watching. Also, these scrims are just that, scrims. To practice everything! Coms, comp, rotation, and build synergy as a team so they learn to flow together. "Push, push, push." "Knocked, knocked, knocked" "I fell, I fell, I fell" are all very crucial commands and information that changes the fight and the way the teams should play so it needs restated multiple times (Basic psychology, not putting it all in writing so read about it. Having something repeated to you makes it stick in your head...😂) "120 on Bang" is important information but doesn't change the way the team should be playing or the fight and only needs stated once maybe twice. Etc etc etc.... I think 98% reading this would agree with me over whatever you posted. 1 word commands only work if your brain is trained for it. Military drills cqb "clear" is ingrained in your brain and it means one thing. (Ex) Once the synergy is built, they can ingrain the brain for one word commands. Which all come with time and practice. The only flaw I saw was not in Timmy's lead role but his teamates following his commands. Questioning his every move. That's the only thing blaring obvious. His commands and calls are THE the commands and calls. Period. Live or die you do as your told because 1 second in hesitation means you or your buddy could die. Great W look forward to the season and watching you guys grow as a team.

Being clearer in what you are telling your teammates and more concise is important. But in a high adrenaline combat situation, repeating yourself, like you said, is really important. There should be a good mix of speaking clearly, and efficiently, but in serious situations, to explain quickly and loudly to help shift the teams attention to pressing matters.

Man last game, I feel like if Gen and dezign pushed up with Timmy, that would've been an easy quick squad wipe as they were looking down at the low ground team and a 2v2 on the last team with height advantage for gen and dezign... imo good play if they committed with him, the alternative was wiping the low ground team and taking a 3v3 with a disadvantaged spot, if timmy could've commed to trust and commit right then it could've been a more guaranteed dub but wouldnve also risked a 3rd place if they lost the 3v3 :/ interesting finish none the less

2 mins in Dez already still not listening to the IGL, good grief. If he died because of that they lose there. Tim, brotha you gotta put your foot down man. In champs that will get exposed, the only inexperience you have is being "THE Leader" and understanding what that means, the leader isn't always loved because sometimes you got to be mean in how you speak or stern in decisions being made. Your too humble at times, you need to let your ego come out and be confident as a leader. If you guys perform bad due to dez consistent rebelliousness, they will blame you because you are the IGL. When you win its the team, but if you lose its on you. So put your foot down and make sure the roles are understood. If you don't like confrontation, don't want to command your respect then being the leader is not your role and that's not fair to you or the team. That unnecessary tension because dez wants to IGL, making his own calls, and blatantly rejecting calls will be the team's downfall in champs. Following you guys, hoping things smooth out like when you guys had Enemy. I believe that you guys win champs when everybody is on the same page and the roles are clear. Igl Tim, Co IGl if need be Gen, Dez support. I think you can solo IGL, hopefully you are confident enough by champs to say that to the team with conviction and apply it. Gen supports callouts well and gels to your gameplay style he is very adaptable. If dez can do the same, you guys will be untouchable. You won't be comming so much when you are confident that your team is listening, use your games with Enemy, Gen, & yourself as reference. Goodlucc gang.
