It’s true, you never really get back what you put into these things. It’s for that reason you undoubtedly got a hell of a deal given how much this guy put into it before letting it go. Exhaust, auto clutch, tank alone is over 2k in aftermarket parts.

I agree! Accessories don’t really help much during resale. Enjoy The Ride, Jared

Good info...wish I had known some of your tips several months ago when I bought my 2017 300RR. Having a problem with the idle and Rekluse settings. I might just change it out and go with the stock. I'll be contacting you to set me up with the OEM clutch if I decide to go that way.

Thanks for checking out our channel! Rekluse is super easy to work with so if you have questions reach out to those guys. Also, I had this one adjusted within a few minutes. It's just a matter of finding the sweet spot! Enjoy The Ride, Jared

Yep, Rekluse is coming out and going up for sale. I will say I used one when I broke both of my wrists 8 years ago. It helped get back on the bike sooner! Enjoy The Ride, Jared

I think the clutch needs to be bled. With the Rekluse slave adjustment backed all the way out it should act like a regular clutch and fully disengage when you pull in the clutch lever. The fact that it was still is creeping a little bit with the clutch pulled in after you adjusted the slave cylinder would indicate that there is air in the clutch line.

I wonder if you could answer a beta question for me. Can i order the zf sachs fork upgrades directly through beta or will they only sell those to people who use there B.Y.O.B. program?

Look at how that bike was set up so wrong….. now this is a great example why you should never take Internet forum reviews so seriously on things….. lol someone could hate a bike and post all about how the brand sucks, and it could be that the bike was all jacked up
@3SeasRecreation

Dude exactly! Honestly it wouldn’t even idle when I first got it… if the customer would have come to me I could have had this bike set up much better for under $200… and that’s mostly the front brake line. Anyways, thanks for watching! Enjoy The Ride, Jared

Just out of curiosity, what’s your feeling about how many hours were on the bike and what kind of riding it was used for? I feel like people tend to get way too hung up on hours without knowing how the bike was used. 30 hours on a Timbersled bike is worse than 100 hours on a bike that was ridden on the bottom end in slow technical terrain. (My opinion)

Hey Adam, yes I agree. I would steer clear of most snow bike engines as that is so much more work on the motor. This gentleman told me he used it for mostly moto training and you can tell by looking at the bike that it was never at a Hard Enduro event. Either way, hours do not matter to me its all about how the owner took care of it! Enjoy The Ride, Jared

I see those a lot for that price where I live. Beta's do not have a good resale value and they take longer to sell. They are great bikes but they just don't sell.

Do you have a solution to stop the fork guards from rubbing? Or is it something i shouldn't be concerned about?
@3SeasRecreation
@3SeasRecreation 5 ай бұрын
Hmm I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep an eye on your wear rings at the bottom of the outer fork tubes. They are replaceable and there for that reason. Enjoy The Ride, Jared

Large heavy duty zip ties around tube at the wear rings, they act as a wear surface. Last a very long time

The previous owner? I’m sure he might. I didn’t say anything against him or provide his personal info. He took really good care of the bike and should be proud of it. I just have preferences and personal concerns before I ride it. That’s all.

@@3SeasRecreation I would just be kicking myself for selling such a sweet machine, it truly is mint aside from a couple setup issues you described. The 2nd set of wheels makes it a no brainer.
