Here I sit, alone, enjoying coffee, going through several days of mail and packages while watching Mrs Cog Hill. I realized I am wearing a huge smile and totally focused on the new birds and then eggs that will add 4 more new lives to the farm. Definitely a beautiful Sunday morning!

I'm in the U.S. and had 28 newly hatched chicks delivered plus a few extra they put in for warmth and all were fine. Everyone of them delivered healthy and very energetic💜

Brooke, you hav done a wonderful job on the expansion of the aviary! Don’t beat yourself up on needing help for the roof, it’s a huge job for one person. The chicks in shells is exciting! I know how MaryCarl feels, I wouldn’t let my grandmother record my voice back in the day and hated having my picture taken. I have a granddaughter who is just a few weeks older than MaryCarl so I get it when it comes to her wanting to be more private. Maybe she would be willing to talk about the birds but being behind the camera instead of on it. She is such a smart young lady filled will amazing information about her birds. I love watching your videos. I did notice at the beginning of this video that Dede was on Brooks lap. That is such a dangerous thing to do.If there was an accident and the air bag deployed Dede would be severly injured. Even having her on the passenger side that air bag could deploy in an Accident and again Dede could severely injured. I always put my dog in the back seat with her harness attached to a special strap that clips into the seat belt. Keep your animals safe in your.p vehicle.

Dearest Brooke, I have tears in my eyes as you revealed the new pigeon aviary you're building. One day Marycarl will have a deep appreciation for what you've done for her. That also goes for the years of dedication you and Jason have generously provided for her. I believe God had something to do with placing that little angel, Dee Dee in your driveway. How else can you explain the breed she is that you are partial to? There are also the "boys". Another working of divine intervention. Since you started the conversation regarding 'winter' ... people I trust are saying that this winter may be an especially harsh one - temperature wise . That 'heated special area' may need more insulation than it had in the past, if this becomes a fact ! ALSO, glad to hear that you and Jason are still researching a " drilled water well for the farm " ! A Farm the size of yours can quickly become a nightmare without it's own water supply !
