We got deceived by an Army Officer 😢| Packing for new home in Pune 🏠

Disheartening to hear what happened. This happened to me as well in the past. Most of the landlords in Pune are money oriented. I know really well coz I have been living on rent since 2006. Once you get the home and make agreement, please read the terms of conditions properly otherwise you will be liable to pay everything while you are leaving the house. You can do register agreement via online with the help of agent. Agent is not supposed to charge extra money than fix amount of fees according to the rent amount, number of years of rent and size of the house

He didn't took any money.Everyone value money.If he took any money and then looted them its actual deceive.I lived in rent for 8 yrs i know it.Then they get attached to rental home alot Their recent landlord who promised for 3 years is actually to be more blame. Think practically

Prem bhai...iam from kerala but staying in Bangalore for almost 10 years in a rented house...the house is not that big it is a small 1 BhK but I don't want to change it because my owner is very good..Now a days getting a good owner is difficult but if you get don't leave that place...by the way please visit Shirdi sai baba temple..as u have overcome difficulties in life after Adis illness...he will protect you...just pray for me also if you have time❤

I can understand how you both are feeling, I faced the same thing earlier coz I'm from north east and look like japanese, chinese and as I don't know how to speak hindi even though im an Indian i faced alot. Be strong coz some of our mainland Indian mindset are still too negative.

Trust bilkul mat kro.aur kab kya hoga rented home me kab wapas lenge.apko pta nhi. Aur ek reason se ghar Khali krnekliye bolte jb bete ya beti ki shadi hai hme jagah chahiye guests k liye aise bolke,aur koi relatives aa rha hai usko ghar chahiye aise bolte.sab reasons phle pichlo.e sari chize hmare sath bhi hui hai.

I dunno about army persons... But this thing is very common in India in many fields...not only for rented house, even for plots, vehicles, marriage brokerage & so on... Kim don't get surprised... This is India.... Not a day going out without cursing anyone cos of traffic stupidity & so on...
