The only thing I usually get there is the wings, especially the garlic parm wings. Probably some of the best I’ve ever had. They also keep the price of the bill down

The food was very expensive which is why I definitely have a bit more qualms with it overall. But the experience was fun. I think we are both honestly a bit more jaded on the price paid because we have shown off places on this channel with AMAZING bar food like Ri Ra, Gordon Ramsay Burger, and Guy Fieri -Paul

Last year we went to the downtown Dick's location. It's now "Hammered Harry's" but same concept. We got nachos and some other type of appetizer and thought the food was good. The waiter was hilarious. We got a $15.00 cocktail which came in a 12-16 oz souvenir glass...the waiter said "We know you're going to steal the glass anyway"! I wore my silly paper hat downtown on Fremont thinking no one would give a second look....but a number of people commented and got a kick out of it. We thought it was a fun and memorable experience.

The experience was definitely memorable and fun (I really wish the food was) - Because the schtick and gimmick is really awesome. But as foodies and people who try to be honest about food we do have to be honest. That being said… a $15 Cocktail in a Souvenir glass… that’s so cheap compared to what’s on the strip now. Those cocktails at the Excalibur location were not cheap but I would go back if it’s just for the cocktails. Thanks for watching ❤️ -Paul

You are very welcome. While we had fun with the “rude service” gimmick. The food left a lot to be desired. Had the food been better, we would have totally raved about this place. We just released a video this week on Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas so if you are looking for a fun restaurant with a gimmick (they spank you with a giant paddle when you order a shot), really large German beers, and more importantly AMAZING Bavarian food. Make sure to check it out. -Paul

It’s definitely a very “controversial” place. They warn you on like every advertisement and sign and at the front of the restaurant that it’s not for everyone. As a fun thing to do at Excalibur. I think it’s perfect for what it is, I just wish the food was actually better. If they upped the quality of the food and kept everything else as tacky and “as is” this place could really be just a fun evening out. -Paul

😂 your over the top warnings! Totally understand. We ate at a hot dog cart in Idyllwild, CA called Dick's Dogs, so of course the video is called "Eat a Dick" which was flagged and demonetized. (We challenged that, and it was restored, FYI) Anyway, Dicks Last Resort has awful food but appreciate you sharing the service experience. We didn't have the balls to include that when we visited their Fremont location over a year ago 😅 we think it's hilarious but definitely not for those easily offended 🤣 Stay Classy!

Yeah… we got the Excalibur video originally flagged and demonetized before upload so we added in the bleeps and tried what we could to add so many warnings for that very reason. Plus while we both are PG-13 to R rated in real life, we do like to keep the channel as general audience friendly as possible so this one is the exception. Excellent video! Very professional and very funny! 1 I was on board with this for an occasional junk food treat.... Until I saw the final bill 😂 2 Then, I thought: No way Jose. 3 But, I don't want to hate on this place too much. Everything is a rip-off now! I think that a Chipotle steak burrito with an XL Coke and a small tip is around $20.00? 4 I will check the hours desserts. I could see myself coming here around 9:00pm for a sweet treat with some hazing.

While I fully agree that everything is a rip off now, this location does a Breakfast/Brunch menu that is more reasonably priced (we browsed that menu when researching our breakfast video). However, if the food we had at dinner was any indication, do not expect the breakfast food to be good. This is the place you go to for the entertainment value of the rude service and the tackiness and schtick of the shock value. The beer-rita we had was not bad at all, and I did notice they seem to have some fun alcoholic options. I do also think it fits in perfectly with the “fun” vibe that Excalibur is going for but we definitely will say to keep the expectations low and literally go into it knowing that you are there for the vibe and the “hazing” Thanks for watching and we are glad you enjoyed. -Paul

It would normally be a skip for us, and our options were Buca Di Beppo (which is in almost every city and everyone knows Italian food ) or Dick’s Last Resort which is only in tourist towns. With a stay at Excalibur, we definitely needed to give it a try and for us, it was outside our element but I did have fun. -Paul

Its just not a good value, food...prety bad, entertainment value ....I don't get ofended but it dosen't entertain me either, Ibfind the humor more dumb than ofensive, maybe my server wasn't as creative as the one you got. I will definetly never go back to that place, I even prefer the excalibur buffet to Dicks.

Oh the value is horrible and I fully agree with just about everything you said. The reason we did this was because we were staying at Excalibur and when we do a hotel stay video we try to do some of the restaurants at the property. The whole time James was like, “how are we going to edit this?” And I was like, “we are just going to have fun with this one” At the end of the day our channel is about trying new things and getting outside the comfort zone and this definitely fit that description.
