Happy Birthday🎉. I owned a Bed and Breakfast We always took children, but some did not because of the priceless antiques that are in these places. They are always afraid that things can be broken by toddlers or small children. Also babies crying. Many B&Bs are just getaways for couples that want the peace and quiet. In the future always call the place direct that you want to book. Just ask them about their policies on children. By the way most of the old mansions that are B&B’s are haunted. Mine was and I’ll tell you I could write a book of all the things that happened but they were good ghosts. Nothing bad but they were naughty. When I travel with my little dog I always I have to call the hotel, direct or bed-and-breakfast to see if they take little dogs most of them, of course do not, which I can understand.

Tucker, that happened to me. Call the website you went through & they will fund you back your money. If that doesn’t work, call the credit card you used & have it disputed. Your credit card is your assurance. ❤

I guess people have to keep it in my and do OTHER people's jobs. When spending hundreds for a nice get away you shouldn't be under any stress. That place gets zero stars for something so easily preventable. I went to their website and I couldn't find anywhere where it said no babies...I even pretended like I was booking. Nor did it say an age limit for kids when I choose 3 kids lol.

@Picky Pants I went to book nights and I looked around on the page quickly..not too fast...not to slow but glanced everywhere and didn't see anything and when I picked 2 adults and 3 kids...something should pop up or there should be a link right there to explain restrictions further. I shouldn't be allowed to pick 3 kids without a warning first on their ages. I shouldn't have to dig for Information. That's just a very Lazy way to run a business. I bet this has happened several times there before tuck and Sammie went and nothing has changed and it most likely will continue to happen. If you read their reviews they have done some really shitty stuff to people too.

Ah yeah we learned the hard way too. Most Bed and Breakfast don’t allow kids. It’s all a new learning curve! We also learned that when we fly, we paid for a seat for her even though we didn’t have to. It made it so much easier bc of all the baby stuff we had❤

I only recently discovered your channel and I really love it and have been binge- watching , sometimes 6-7 at a time. I came across your birthday video and it made me so sad, you looked so happy and proud walking into the B&B and then, disapp ointment. They should have handled the situation much differently. I'm sure this was not the first time this has happened . What they SHOULD have done was to offer to call around to other hotels and find a place for you that IS family friendly. Happy Birthday, Tucker! So sorry you guys had to go through that ordeal with the first hotel. We had a similar situation at the Pan American Hotel in Wildwood Crest. The difference with them is that they advertise as a family friendly hotel, except when we got there with our boys (toddlers at the time), they weren’t too happy about it. We booked the hotel off season, so at the time, most of the guests were seniors. Long story short, someone complained that our boys were “too rowdy”. (They were 2 & 3 & excited to be on vacation). We weren’t kicked out, but instead “warned”. After that, we felt so uncomfortable & vowed never to go back there. I’m sorry we didn’t leave & go somewhere else. Glad it all worked out for you guys in the end. The whole point of a vacation is to get away & enjoy your time, not be stressed out.

The worst part is is it's not even on the site where you booked the hotel. That's okay it's on here and thousands of people are going to see it hopefully they won't get as much business. This happens more often than you would think. I booked adjoining rooms for my parents and myself (with my two toy breed dogs) through a secondary booking company. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told that dogs weren't allowed without the manager's approval. There was nothing about that on the website that I booked through. The manager wasn't in that day and the clerk was trying to turn us away. I demanded that they reach the manager and eventually approval was given. I was so furious and exhausted from the arguing and drama. I'm so glad you ended up at a nice hotel and were able to enjoy your birthday trip! Happy 32nd Birthday, Turner!!!
