We probably should have stuck to the main road, we spent hours riding around to find Luweng Sampang waterfall, but forgot to check recent reviews and found that it was dry!
Sri Gethuk Waterfall made up for it though, this place is incredible and we were shocked that there wasn't more people here!

The place name is Desa Wisata Bleberan.. Desa means a village Wisata means a tour/scenery place Bleberan is the area/the name of that place exactly.. You can try to visit any curug/waterfall in any Java villages too Sir.. But pls becareful If you want to have a tour in the night time.. Its so dark inside villages, bcz usually there are not any enough light for the road, and Indonesia has so many hills/alleys.. Its dangerous If you dont have a local tour guide..

Too many good places in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. Close from this place you can go to Slili Beach, Heha Ocean View, Puncak Segoro. Be careful not to come home too late because it is dark and quiet

If you enter rural Indonesia and use maps, it won't help you, you might get lost, especially if you can speak Indonesian, so communication will be easier for you, that's very helpful.

My suggestion, if you have a plan to go to a rural area, better download offline map first at google map so that when you don't have internet connection you can still follow the map
