You shouldn’t take the wonderful whims mod out but go into the settings under pregnancy settings > menstrual cycle settings > fertility level and put it at high fertility so the chances are much higher!

One more thing. Since you got the gold bar money, definitely splurge on a better bed for her, unbreakable toilet, better fridge and stove. And get the flower arranging table because she's so into gardening. Maybe the woodworking table, too, so she can upgrade stuff. The stuff she makes would sell for a lot of money.

A top tip: You are allowed to have a career if you have city living. Some of the jobs that come with that you can work from home. Also, it doesn't work when you sell food on the market table, but anything else works :)
