Jason thanks for the video and the time it takes to get it edited I know I appreciate it a lot. I know ya'll were looking forward to getting back to the shop and putting it on the scales to see where you were when you came off the track. You literally throw everything at the car including the kitchen sink to find that one little thing. And spend a whole lot of time thinking about and changing things out from springs, shocks, weight, and whatever else you can think of. It seems like it takes forever to get it figured out, I know it did to us. And you have to wait a whole week or sometimes longer before you can try out what you changed. You'll get it for sure. Also, there were times when I was watching this past weekend that I thought they were trying to drive through you, that's crazy right there. I agree they really need to tweak the race program that is way too long. Once again thanks for taking us along I enjoyed it and you and Brad are making ground on the car for sure.

As for GRT i'd like to have a DLM chassis of theirs with right front only damage for myself at some point.. But them things seem to be like gold..

Keep digging Jason ! You guys are getting there . Picked up a lot of speed of the weekend. A lot of these bench racers haven't got a clue as to how hard it is to race and maintain a car. Much less, to have a one off chassis and have absolutely zero baseline setup info and no suggested adjustment data ! You are having to build your own complete notebook . I respect you for taking on a challenge like that ! I know personally how hard that can be ! You got this man !

Meant nothing against GRT when I said about cutting it up. I raced Dirt Works for 10 years. Not all were good . One year I had 2 new identical cars . One was a fast winner, the other identical was a turd that just sat till I sold it. I meant no bad about GRT. I even had some of them and they were fine. Was just stating that I personally wouldn't keep a car unless it was fast out if the box . That car was at least passing cars for a change this week. Never lost faith in the Hollis race team or the car manufacturer. Very proud of what you have gotten done with a new experimental prototype. 👍🏁🇺🇸🐗🐟🦃🦌👋👋👋👋👋👋👋

I agree with everything you said about those 3 days . I was certainly surprised to see how disorganized everything was the whole weekend. The other biggy, in my opinion, was all of the crazy driving by so many all weekend. If someone liked demo derby, they were at the right place. One thing you mentioned was the negative nellies continually about GRT. That car came alive Friday night after you made some adjustments, one of which really made a big difference. Sorry that you got the bad breaks but also glad you found speed with the GRT! Good luck the rest of the season Jason!

Most that down Brad a jason on the cars they get. Probably has never been on a race track or near a track. Anyone can drive in a straight line, not many can drive in a circle. If you screw up your run into 1 coming out of 2 you'll be slow car might be tight or loose also screwsup the roll speed and momentum. That then screws the run up for 3 and 4. For someone that hasn't ever been in a car or to a race will not know what it takes. Each set up is different for a reason. No driver or car is the same. Some people just need to get them a car and go and see what all it takes to be fast. Good luck fellas you'll get it slowly figuring out what you like with the car keep writing in that notebook and trying things itll come to you guys. I see a lot of potential in you guys. You'll get them next time for sure! Keep up the cool videos fellas.

What people don't get is that when you race cars, go carts, dirt bikes, hunt, raise dogs or whatever it may be you are doing it for the fun of it. Plain and simple doing it for the fun, fellowship and competition. Some of us are a little more competitive in all parts of life than others. ANYBODY that tries to give advice and try to down a certain product or what ever simply doesn't have a clue. Same goes for people that fuss at their kids on a ball field because they missed a ball or made a mistake. You know how many balls I missed, signs I missed or bad throws I made growing up? Even into college ball playing catcher at a highly competitive level I made mistakes. Things happen no matter what. I'm just ready for hunting season. Yall have a good one Hollis Farms.

Maybe need to check out what kind of track accessories they have before maybe you go to that track for a big race that you normally don't run at. That was way too many cars for what they were trying to do. Should run each class a sifferent weekend, should of had to been preregistered to know what they were getting themselves into. Hopefully they will learn for next year also. Nice Try Jason, at least it looked like you had a nice family outing on the last day.

I am a type of person that gives up quick,, so to watch you and Brad work on your cars the way you all do is Very encouraging to me. Don't stop, keep on moving on forward. Like you say, its easy for those on a keyboard( and not a tool in hand) to tell you what to do. Keep up the good work and looking forward to the Big Awesome Trophy coming your way!

From all the videos I have seen from this race. It seemed a lot like a race at Boone, Iowa during the Super Nationals. The same problem exists here as at the Super Nationals. To many cars for the time frame in which they are attempting to get the entire show in. The Street Stock National's should be run as a stand along event. With possibly two other support classes, throughout the event. I also agree that there were some drivers that need to learn some racing etiquette. Because the race isn't decided on the first lap. Which I saw a lot of driver's attempting to pull a Dale Earnhardt and win the race on the first lap. While the guys who are moving on to the end of the races. And winning the big money are the driver's that are patient. Since the cream always rises to the top.
