I really dig this video. I can relate to you John, and your journey in a different way,. I think your why and story telling will keep your world connected to you and all you have going on. The business of entertainment, the life of a business owner that turned life around for the better, and the ability to support employees and family all are lessons so many people would enjoy and more. Keep climbing man, and do you, bc that is what matters. Much love. Jani.

I came for the DJ content and through that, got to see a bit of who you are and witness the growth of your family. I'm sticking around. I'll consume the content that interests me and I'll skip what doesn't. You aren't going to lose this subscriber. As your content changes, you may lose some subscribers, buy I suspect you will attract new audiences, too. Keep at it. No need to apologize. I would be interested in understanding more about your company vision and strategy for moving forward. What is your roadmap? How are you thinking about continuing to grow it?

My Brother, My Brother. Allow yourself the freedom to make decisions that incorporate your transition to a new stage in your life. DJing will always have a sweet spot in your life. But now you are seeing that there are other things important in your life - family and friends is important. Please know that we love the technical DJ and production content, but we love your authenticity. As a Black man, I have to support you in any way I can. Live your life brother!!

John I've followed you for a couple of years now. I watched as you went from working out of a storage unit, to your office space, from DJing to running a full fledged sound company and you've been a total inspiration to me. I've bought gear based on recommendations you gave and your wisdom and even handedness about your experiences is much appreciated. I'm happy to see you branch out both in your life and channel and continue to look forward to what you post in the future regardless of the topic. You are an inspiration and you have made a difference in people's lives both directly and here on KZbin. Keep fighting the good fight.

I am now finally in a good place all around.. Your growing in your later years and that's good... Keep up the work and you got a fan till the end!!!!!!!!

That's growth for ya John. To be perfectly honest with you; I'm amazed you found the time to do the content you did do with all you have going on with family, the business and everything else. I had thought about starting a KZbin channel, but with a full time job, a family and a business; I just don't have the time to do it, certainly not well. People who are interested in what I do will have to make do with what I can post on Instagram (I follow you there too), or they can come to the events. Which are coming in thick and fast now people are relatively free to roam again. Got 9 dates booked in June so far, and all are festivals except one. I'm hoping I can be doing this full time in the next couple of years. Looking forward to the cool shit that's coming. 👍

What a great dude! I ran across John "DJ Woo Pig" Simmons on a 2019 video; I live right next door in Missouri. Anyway, I was watching a video from 2019 because I was looking for a power pack for my keyboard/amp rig. I made the decision to sub right away. In that video he was timing how long he could run his rig on a particular power pack, and he showed us the clock on his phone to prove how long the pack lasted. He spontaneously and unconsciously took a moment to complement his wife who was pictured with him on the background of his phone. Its obvious he works his ass of to take care of his family; I'd be willing to bet, without even knowing her, that his wife would take time out when he wasn't around to give him the same kind of impromptu affection. Unfortunately my marriage didn't work out other than 3 beautiful children that we both love very much. . . we are still friends and still joke with each other from time to time. I told her recently she was the best ex-wife a guy could have; she said thanks.....I...think?? LOL I'll definitely be looking forward to getting alerts when this guy posts new comments. Great work John!!

A lot of the stuff I’ve learned, I’ve learned from you. I’ve got to say, you have definitely earned where you are now. And I can guarantee that I will still be with you, man stuff is cool, I’d love to see you make some vids where you work on cars. And I’d also love to see what you plan to do with your new shop space. I’m excited to be going to college next year for a bachelors in electrical engineering, and a minor in theater technology. I really would love to be a part of designing some new products for the live entertainment industry.
