The way Bryson exlaimed 73 when Steve got 173, you could really tell that he was enjoying hanging out with the guys alot and it just makes me wonder that because he is at the level and skill he is at he has probably had to sacrifice certain relationships for the benefit of being the golfer he is, it probably felt hella good to just hang out with the boys and be a lil bit normal for a while

10:56 its what I teach in baseball with hitting and throwing. To swing really fast, you have to be super loose with your upper body, relaxed and connected to your lower half and allow your lower half to do all the work If you're really relaxed and loose, it's also very easy to be extremely precise with your hits and throws. Problem is when most people either feel that speed or try too hard (ie; get tense in their upper body) to get that speed, they interrupt that chain and end up losing precision and speed. Precision and speed go hand in hand

I still don’t understand people who don’t like Bryson. I think he is awesome for the game. Using science and knowledge to make gains in his game is a high IQ move.
@ben1ben2ben12 жыл бұрын
He uses far less science than he wants people to think. Thats a big reason people who know golf don't like him. He markets himself as someone using all this crazy new tech and data, but everyone uses it. They just don't talk about it. He does some things different. His giant grips, super low lofted driver and moe upward swiing, one length clubs etc... But there is a reason no one else has followed suit in that stuff. For all his and his fans talk about how advanced his swing is, 5'8" Rory only averages 3 yards shorter and he is 75lbs smaller. In a way, Bryson's different techniques are holding him back. If he had the technique of Rory, he would add another 20 yards to his drive and if he used regular length clubs and grips he would get a much softer touch to his game that he needs
