OMG! I had a meeting at work when the tickets went on sale and I was STRESSED! I finally got the VIP for Ateez, but now that the concert changed to Prudential Center, we have to go through this all over again on the 13th!!! 😭😭

Well when they suddenly included VIP I cried NGL. Before I saw the announcement about if you already bought FL seats that you automatically got the later added corresponding VIP package. So my crazy a$$ bought a second ticket in the pit W/ VIP. Only cause their chatbot person told me to and then they would exchange the two tickets, but when I did that and gave the chatbot my purchase confirmation number a new person said “well it looks like the organizer is not allowing refunds/exchanges yet”. So this whole thing has been a mess but likely I was able to secure Floor seat and VIP1 for the new venue 🥰 Anywho, so excited even after all the drama. I fly in from Cali that morning and have a hotel room secured close to the new place. W00t!!
