I JUST GOT THE TICKETS FOR DOMINATE IN LONDON (19 july 2025). I was suposed to buy tickets for concert in germany but i couldn't so we bought (me and my bsf) the tickets for london. When we failed to buy those for germany i was sad but then my friend called me and she said she got 2 tickets for london. I CRIED SO HARD CUZ I WAS VERY HAPPY AND I CANT WAIT TO SEE THEM!!!!!!

Hi! I have a few questions, was your purchase a pre-sale? If so, did you need a Weverse membership? To get a VIP ticket (even if it's not pre-sale) do you need a Weverse membership? I have seen many people saying that to get a VIP ticket you need the membership offered by Weverse.

Honestly Cailey you do make people feel safe. I love kpop so much, and my dad is so weird about it. For some reason he hates that I listen to it, he thinks that me listening to kpop is the reason why I make mistakes or forget stuff sometimes, and I can never share with my family my joy for it like you can, so thank you for this channel.

Before you could choose your seats you had to enter a password, which password is that?. Is it the one you have to enter after your email while creating an account?

It's for presale in order to get tickets before the general sale . To get that code you need to sign up for presale and it sends you a code.

That was the presale code! It completely depends on the artist and the company managing their tour, but normally you'll sign up for a presale and you'll receive a code to enter before picking tickets in your email. Not every artist has presale codes though! For the recent Stray Kids ticketing you had to sign up for the presale with your Ticketmaster account, and only accounts that had been approved could access the sale. I hope this helps!

Since yiu paid for ur friends seats, how did you guys all manage your money between each other? Did they pay you before hand?

We all have full-time jobs and credit cards so normally we'll choose someone's credit card (usually it's whoever gets the tickets if they can) to put the whole order on and then we'll set a due date to pay them back by. We have a whole spreadsheet with all of our ticket orders to help keep track!

The waiting room usually opens about 10-15 minutes before the queue and I like to get on the page about 30 mins before :)

@@CaileyMerulla thank you so much for answering, you're very sweet! ❤just one question, i'm pretty new to ticketmaster so idk if it is alright to login from the same account on the app and from the laptop (i only have one account and carat membership). some say you shouldn't as ticketmaster will think it is a bot and some say you should have multiple devices. do you know which works best? because i've heard the app works faster but that it doesnt let you go back if you are in checkout. so im scared that i'll have to join queue again so i wanted laptop as a back up.

Not gonna lie, I almost cried watching this vlog. I felt so happy for you because I could feel and understand how nervous you all were when you had to wait with little to no information about the concert status because it also happened to me once for another group and thankfully, we were also able to have an amazing concert after all. Also, I'm seeing Ateez for the third time in January for one of their dates in France and your vlog got me even more excited haha. I LOVE how ateez concerts energy can be feel even through a screen. Your genuine love for them also shines a lot and it warms my heart a lot :)

I truly can't even describe the feeling waiting in that vip club with zero information. I'm also a 3 hour drive from citifield and I knew so many people that had traveled even further for the concert so I was really REALLY hoping they would pull through. I'll also be seeing ateez in january but in London!! I'm beyond excited and I'm so glad my video made you more excited. Ateez concerts are genuinely one of the best places in the world. Yass I survived I couldn’t sit in my seats that were in the nosebleeds so I stood there with my family watching it from the sides during the intro of the concert but overall I did have a good time and it was worth the 2 hour wait
