Yes me and my wife both love pottery. My mom loved pottery. She got me to liking it. She's gone now passed away so when I see anything she liked like pottery I think of her and the memory of her. She also liked the outdoors and wildlife. She really like birds and squirrels and she got a real enjoyment out of feeding the wildlife in her backyard.

I absolutely love pottery. I have a few small pieces from there and the area. Unfortunately we haven’t eaten there bc my hubby has celiac disease and has to eat gluten free. I don’t know if they accommodate people with dietary restrictions. That’s an idea for y’all to consider maybe including in your dining reviews. We have a few places there in the Smokies that we can dine at but we would be so excited to find new places! The food looked delicious!

We had a place that we reviewed a while back called Bear Cub Cafe. They were perfect for people with gluten free needs. They have closed down but hope to reopen in a new location in the spring. My little great granddaughter stayed with me a couple of nights and I asked her what she would like for supper and gave her 3 choices. One of those choices was salmon cakes, he eyes lit up and she was all over the salmon cakes, so I am thinking good supper planned. About an hour later she looked up at me serious as could be and asked, "Gammy, do you have Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream to go with the salmon cakes?" I got so tickled at the question and bless her heart she was looking for cake!😊 I tried several different ways to explain it but all she could see was a big old cake. Needless to say we didn't have salmon cakes. Gotta love our babies.😊

Love chicken livers as long as they aren't hard. I make them occasionally but the sweet husband won't eat them. Won't even try! When growing we got our hands slapped a lot.
