Sooo... I have crippling PTSD from some traumatic incidents I suffered several years ago. I have to say, when I’m having an anxiety or panic attack - which is frequently, I put on your channel and WOWZERS!!! What a little bit of Squirmy and Grubs does for me! My heart rate gets back to normal, I smile, laugh, am sooo inspired by both of you, and I get back to homeostasis within the 12-15 minutes of your video. A million thank yous for all you both do. The work and effort that goes into putting these together is appreciated and your authenticity and vulnerability is nothing short of inspiring. Your friendliness is viral. I’m so glad that I cyber-met? you guys. I don’t know if that makes sense. But suffice it to say, I’m a fan of your vision. Your channel makes me a better woman. Big hugs to you both!

You should ALWAYS call for help right away. A few minutes of considering can mean the person dies before help can get there. They did the right thing! How could you even consider ignoring someone's desperate cries for help??? I understand that the police in some communities have bad judgement. Yet there have been a lot of cases where someone has literally fleed for their life frantically seeking help from a stranger by knocking loudly, yelling or just yelling for help outside. So many people ignore it bc they don't want to be involved or be mistaken or it be a ploy for something sinsiter to take place. Better safe than sorry and do what you'd want done for you or your loved ones. It may always be safer to not ever open your door unless you can see it's a legit person in pain/fear yet call for help. It's a sad world we live in when people have taken advantage of a strangers kindness n asked for help,to come inside, they get let in only to murder r rob said strangers (or both) I think the story of 911 being created was a woman was screaming for help in her apartment and all her neighbors who heard ignored her and it ended tragically which is how the genius idea of a number everyone can reach to get them help for themselves or others. Though I head I believe in England or maybe Australia they have something similar to 911 the only a different number and when calling you have to enter specific digits AFTER dailing the first number to make sure I guess that the person really meant to call. Not too long ago this cost a young lady uerblfe as she was being kidnapped and Sue didn't want the kidnapper to know she had dialed for help only she didn't dial the second number so the call was disconnected. When they found her body on the side of the road, shortly after they made the connection with the dropped call a little too late n the poor girl probably thought the call had gone through all the way as you could hear theans cocr talking to her in the brief recording before the call ended. Thankfully this was an absolute funny story that I did not predict the outcome of. Thanks Shane and Hannah Even my husband watched you channel with me(we watch a different times usually but still talk about the videos n I know help get a laugh out of this one. 🐢🐢🐢CARA

When I was in highschool, my doctor gave me an anxiety medicine that you are apparently NOT supposed to take with any kind of caffiene. She didn't tell me that, though. So one afternoon I had a cup of coffee while I was home alone. In the next thirty minutes, I fell into what I can only describe as a drunken state where my reasoning was really poor but my imagination was really hightened. No bueno. Long story short, I landed up calling the cops in a panic telling them that someone was climbing up the side of my house. They dispatched six officers in three cruisers. As soon as I opened the door, they could tell I was not in my senses. They landed up asking if they could call my mom and waited outside my house until she got there. SO EMBARRASSING. Needless to say, I never drank coffee again and I got myself a more thorough doctor.

Years ago I arrived, jet lagged, in Greece, and after being served a glass of ouzo, went up to my hotel room and fell asleep. I woke up sometime later to the sound of the bathtub running in the room next door, then fell asleep again. I woke up again to the sound of someone gasping for air and whimpering, and immediately thought that someone was drowning in the bathtub! The sound got louder and more frantic and I was about to call the front desk to tell them someone was dying in the adjacent room, when their headboard began to bang against the wall. It immediately became obvious what was going on in the room next door. The next morning I discovered that they were newlyweds from Italy on their honeymoon. Now I kinda wish I had called the front desk. It would have been sooo funny! 😉

I came across your channel quite some time ago and I instantly loved you both and have been enjoying your fun, informative, upbeat, and positive videos ever since. I was so hoping you would have a meetup while you were here in FL and was so excited when I heard that you are having one! I live in Tampa, so I plan on coming! Can’t wait to meet you both and hopefully your adorable baby Chloe as well!!

I've never heard of someone having a nightmare like that lol. But two nights ago I did wake myself up throwing a snowball in my sleep and my hand hit the bedstead and I woke up looking at the dog staring at me lmao.

Hannah, what a perfect shirt for this video! Funny story! Once when my niece was a toddler, she was napping at my parents’ house and the doorbell rang. When we answered a police officer was there and said someone called 911. Annie was definitely asleep. We never figured it out but think it was Dad trying to program a phone. Another time Mom ran an errand for 15 minutes when some workers were doing an all-day job in the house. While she was gone the workers accidentally cut a wire to the alarm system smoke detector. When Mom got home she could already hear the fire truck on the way. She met them at the front door and told them it was an accident that they were called. They insisted they needed to check things out in full gear. My parents’ neighbor called and asked why a firefighter with an axe had just come out the back door!

Oh lord, it happened to me too! The screaming... in the middle of the night. Help help, so many times. We just took a little more time to listen if anything was going on and we soon realised that it was indeed a nightmare. probably. Nothing happened anyways. Love you guys xx
