Lightbearer - The Second DLC story that follows Wellington Wells' Local rock superstar (or so they would have us believe), Nick Lightbearer (Real Name Norbert Pickles) who wakes one morning in his hotel room hallucinating about a talking rat with the voice of his ex-manager Virgil; his clothes are soaked in blood and he is unable to recall the events that lead up to this point in time. In this DLC story, Nick does not use weapons to fend off his fans (rabid Wellies and Wellettes who love him to the point of wanting a literal "piece of him"). Instead, Nick uses the power of music to fend off his crazed fans because he's more of a rocker (and a lover) than a fighter. Since there is no map available to guide him, he plays his guitar in front of the gilded full-body statues molded in his likeness and they indicate his current destination.
Nick wakes up in a hotel room covered in blood and being given advice by a rat claiming to be his ex-manager Virgil. Nick follows Virgil's advice and flees the hotel, returning to his old home which has been converted into a museum. After having a hallucinated battle with his ex-wife Petunia, Nick is instructed by Virgil to try and remember the events of last night. Nick realizes he wrote down a record of events in the form of lyrics, and plays them to his music to try and jog his memory. After experiencing a disturbing dream showing the real Virgil being murdered, Nick wakes up back in his hotel room as if nothing happened. He then heads down to the bar to try and make sense of everything, when he runs into Morrie Memento, a pianist he had fired from his band. Nick finds one of Morrie's song's familiar, and recovers his piano tuner in order to hear the full version. Morrie reveals he first heard the tune being hummed from the roof, leading Nick to investigate and finding the body of a music shop owner he had met last night. This triggers another vivid vision of the music shop owner being murdered, and Nick wakes back up in the hotel room, this time with a dead woman. Nick comes to believe he murdered Virgil and many other people, and suffers more vivid hallucinations where he is taunted by the infamous serial killer Foggy Jack, who reveals he is the one who murdered Virgil and many of Nick's fans. Nick defeats Foggy Jack and then performs a concert for his fans. However, it is left ambiguous whether any of the events Nick experienced actually happened or if it was all a drug-induced fantasy.

Im just rewatching we happy few playthroughs since I recently played (only the base game this time) again on xbox free pass and when I say I wanted to scream when I read your comment, I was really almost screamed here at midnight. When I played BG3 I knew I heard his voice before but it never clicked until now. I have never play resident evil so my guess wasnt from there so yea it been itching in a corner of my brain for ever xD

Seeing as they're both voiced by Julian Casey, who also uses the same 'voice' for both characters (i.e. like how Tara Strong has her Twilight voice, her Bubbles voice, Harley voice, and so on...), I'd say this would be a safe bet.

Uncle jack’s last words in the game are literally “we’ve come to the end of our time” not to mention as Ollie, you can find a picture of Margret with a note repeating “we’ve come to the end of our time” next to it in that drug mansion

@@EccentricGentelman yes! this is before the story of arthur, sally, and ollie. nick redeemed himself, but soon after the events of lightbearer, everyone pretty much forgot about him which is why he's in the state he's in in arthur and sally's acts :) foggy jack is uncle jack if that helps to organize the timeline a bit more!
