Another great video, Paul! Yes, I believe Wood Prairie is the only farm in the world growing 'Prairie Blush' as Certified Seed Potatoes. A lot of our customers have told us Prairie Blush is the best tasting potato they have ever eaten. Most of this year's harvest is being held back as seed for us to plant next Spring. As a result we have a VERY limited supply which will sell out before long, so interested folks should order soon to avoid disappointment. HAHAHAHA with the nuts, all the time! Those are nice potatoes, I just ordered a catalog, can't wait to get it. I'm going to try putting my potatoes in the ground now instead of spring to see what happens.
