Hammond isn't killed by raptors on a boat. He is killed by Compies in the jungle. If I am remembering correctly, that is. I remember their saliva has a numbing agent and he feels peaceful as they eat him. There are storyboards for the movie that depict him getting killed in the control room by raptors, but obviously they didn't use that. You are probably remembering the ending of JP, where they find the raptor nest and see the ship docking, and realize the raptors want to migrate.

36:30 Xenomorphs on Mars with human colonists. Add doom guy to the mix and you've got a great horror action movie.
