Awesome selection of guides. Definitely will be picking some up once they are available. On a side note, maybe just have one unique copy of a strategy guide out and put the rest in your store in back. Customers can take what is on the floor and you can replace as they are sold. Store is looking great. Congrats man!!

If you still need a shelf liners that are more affordable I would check with beer distributors or soda distributors as the outdoor signs they use for their products are made of the same material and would fit the width of the shelves as many are at least 5 x 5; not sure if you have those in your area of course but it might be worth the chance.

Lots of unused space in that garage when you think about the unused space being in between the taller stacks of items. You need utility shelves in that garage. Make a U shape with a break in the middle and corners to get at the back easy and then a couple shelving units in the middle. Like BitWit and Gamers Nexus did for their storage rooms.

Question I go to yard sales every weekend and normally resale a bunch of stuff on Mercari. This weekend I found a couple of fairly expensive, and boxed games including a boxed copy of Conker's Bad Fur Day. Is there a better place for me to sell these online or a good pricing guide website? Hey Cooper, just a thought for you. Having this many strategy guides it’s definitely going to be a USP for your store so I really think you need to re-consider making more shelf space to really make the most of it...so that you can have some of the out of ordinary ones facing the customers and not all spines. So really commit to being THE game shop in the area to come to for a strategy guide. So really make a big thing about it and almost have strategy guides as your centre piece. Also, speaking of showing things ‘face on’, may I suggest you do that more for some for some of the games too? Everything being spine facing can look boring and maybe you should pick certain titles to have ‘face on’ so that customers spot them more easily as it catches their eye. Just an old retail tip thats all.

We already have guides front facing, just behind the counter on the wall. Way too many to fit on that shelf already, we can't take up that much room to face one forward when 20 could fill that same space on its spine. Also with the new glass cases, the plan is to spread games out more to be able to do what you're saying
